Rental services are unlikely to give the team - that's how they earn their money too. You may be more successful by a local company to sponsor the cost of the diving pool. In return for this sponsorship can make a big sign in the tank "fuel provided by the good people at the company XXX", it would be great advertising for them and a good deal for you. Questions about local businesses to see if willing to sponsor, or if a parent of the child are willing to ask companies for sponsorship of this work.
