I Seal binoculars with integrated digital camera, cheaper, so do not expect miracles, but his impressive shooting speed and image quality much earlier, however, imaging and web camera function is very grainy and of poor quality. Is not the intention to move, or is normal and not just a camera of good quality?

I am not familiar with your particular setup, but I think the video with a resolution of 320x480, which is very small and not ideally recorded for Youtube.
If it was cheap, it is probably due to poor quality
